The aluminum foil commonly used is 8011 or 8021 alloy, soft temper, which makes the finished material suitable for logo embossing and printing.The outside layer is clear protective layer, which protects the foil from external aggressions (oxidation) or contaminants (dirt). The inside layer is coated with food grade heat sealing lacquer, which is heat sealable with tinplate ring, TFS ring, etc.We have different types of lacquered aluminum foil for different types of easy pealable end or penny lever (RCD) covers.
